# API Key Not Working

Hi,

We started receiving **401 Unauthorized** responses from your API today, and I wanted to check if anything might have happened on your side that could explain it.

As far as we know, nothing changed in our integration (same API key and request format), and this was working normally before.

We also checked your status page ([https://growth.rcpch.ac.uk/technical/status/](https://growth.rcpch.ac.uk/technical/status/)) and didn’t see any reported incidents.

Could you help us confirm if our API key is still valid/active or if there may be any issue affecting our account?

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can share that would help investigate this.

hi @michael.barton please extend the quota for the API key associated with [wellington@sigmamd.com](mailto:wellington@sigmamd.com) while we work on signing the agreement.  We are actively engaged with your commercial team right now and working through the motions.
