Not for clinical use?

Hi, just experimenting and noticed the same data in the git repos are whats also in production (paid api access)

So im curious why one has a “not for clinical use” disclaimer.

Can someone please explain why the data in the github repo is not for clinical use if its identical. Thanks.

This is addressed in the docs

While the maths is all the same, only the API is licensed, DCB019 etc certified and regularly tested and validated and therefore for clinical use.

We work in the open so people are welcome to fork the repository and use and scrutinise the code, or post issues etc, but we advise against third parties hosting the service for these reasons. In a similar way, the website is a demo site for implementers to play with and see the versatility of the different style props etc, but it is not for clinical use though the results will be the same. Any clinician should have better pathways for clinical assessment rather than relying on the demo site.
